Hi Erwin,

Thanks for your reply and thoughtful comments. I agree that x-chain integration/inter-operability is really vital for the cryptosphere, and if various projects can start working together, they can build something greater than the sum of their parts. I think over the next few years we’ll see this developing, especially with promising developments at protocol level, and projects like Blocknet, Polkadot, Cosmos, etc.

As for Synereo, I had very high expectations for this project to begin with, but I think they’ve made a bit of a mess in execution, and still need to figure out exactly what they are trying to deliver. I’ve played around with Wildspark, but the content on the platform is not very good, and until they can encourage some really great contributors or curators, they will struggle to take make an impact, esp with more and more competitors popping up. They have their mysterious Project X ready to go, but seem to be withholding launch (IMO cynically, as they are waiting for market to go up). Perhaps when it drops it will be as revolutionary as they claim and I might change my mind on the project!

Steem is cool, and I think once they launch SMTs and their ‘Communities’ this could be a big deal — will be interesting to see how advertising fits into the frame here, as i’ve seen a few companies playing around with different tactics to get in front of Steemians.
